3 - PRICES. The maximum total amount of the FWC shall be € 1,000,000.00 [one million/00] excluding VAT, covering all services/tasks executed (including charges). However, this must in no way be construed as a commitment on the contracting authority to purchase for the maximum amount. It is agreed that the charges include all other expenditure that may be incurred by the contractor in performance of this FWC, including travel, subsistence or any other related expenses. The Institute is exempt from payment of value added tax for services and purchases under the normal course of business for amounts exceeding €300.00 (pursuant to Article 72-paragraph 1- e) and paragraph 2 of Presidential Decree 633 of 26/10/1972 and subsequent amendments).   • Unit Prices If unit prices are stated in the Contract Documents or subsequently agreed upon, and if the quantities originally contemplated are so changed in a Change Order that application of the agreed unit prices to the quantities of work proposed will cause substantial inequity to the Owner or the Contractor, the applicable unit prices shall be equitably adjusted as provided in the Special Conditions or as agreed to by the parties and incorporated into the Change Order.

  • Product Prices Product prices and validity of product prices are stated in the Offer and/or in the Individual Agreement.

  • BID PRICES 3.1 Bidders must state in the Attribute Section if the bid prices will remain firm for the full contract period; or if the bid prices will be subject to escalation/de-escalation.

  • Adjustments of Prices Whenever any provision of this Indenture requires the Company to calculate the Last Reported Sale Prices, the Daily VWAPs, the Daily Conversion Values or the Daily Settlement Amounts over a span of multiple days (including an Observation Period and the period for determining the Stock Price for purposes of a Make-Whole Fundamental Change), the Board of Directors shall make appropriate adjustments to each to account for any adjustment to the Conversion Rate that becomes effective, or any event requiring an adjustment to the Conversion Rate where the Ex-Dividend Date, Effective Date or expiration date, as the case may be, of the event occurs, at any time during the period when the Last Reported Sale Prices, the Daily VWAPs, the Daily Conversion Values or the Daily Settlement Amounts are to be calculated.

  • FRAMEWORK PRICES Variations in accordance with the provisions of this Framework Schedule 3 to all or part the Framework Prices (as the case may be) shall be made by the Authority to take effect: in accordance with Clause 19.2 (Legislative Change) where an adjustment to the Framework Prices is made in accordance with paragraph 6.1.1 of this Framework Schedule; in accordance with paragraph 3.3.3 and 4.8 of Framework Schedule 12 (Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking) where an adjustment to the Framework Prices is made in accordance with paragraph 6.1.2 of this Framework Schedule 3; or
