2013 Performance Bonus Pro Rated. Executive’s Performance Bonus shall be pro-rated for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013, by multiplying (A) the bonus Executive would otherwise have received if Executive had been an employee for the entire fiscal year by (B) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days from (and including) the Effective Date through (and including) December 31, 2013, and the denominator of which is 365.
