Otherwise, be deemed given when received. Any Party from time to time may change its address for the purpose of notices to that Party by giving a similar notice specifying a new addressany such notice, but no such notice will request or communication shall be deemed to have been given until it is actually received on the next succeeding Business Day in the place of receipt. (e) if to any Transferee or any New Holder, to the address specified by such Person on the applicable joinder to this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, any Person may, from time to time, update any address and/or other contact information for itself by providing written notice of such update to the Company and the other Holders. All notices, requests and other communications shall be deemed received on the date of receipt by the Party sought recipient thereof if received prior to 5:00 p.m. New York City time on a Business Day in the place of receipt. Otherwise, any such notice, request or communication shall be charged with deemed to have been received on the contents thereofnext succeeding Business Day in the place of receipt.
