Common use of 1Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

1Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements (including without limitation the Prior Agreement) and understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties with respect to that subject matter.

This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written document executed by duly authorized representatives of the Parties.
