00 - RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Employees' Committee, duly elected, as the exclusive Bargaining Agent for those Firefighters included in the Bargaining Unit as set out in Article 1:01. This Agreement shall be regarded as being applicable to all such Firefighters.
