00 - RECOGNITION. 2-2.01 The Parties, without limiting their rights as provided for in this collective agreement, recognize the FNEEQ (CSN), the Fédération des cégeps and the Minister for the purposes of dealing with any question relative to the application and interpretation of the provisions of this collective agreement as well as of any question of common interest.
