LANGUAGE. 1. The main language used in Application for debit card opening, Terms and Conditions on debit card and related documents between the Bank and the Cardholder is Vietnamese. 2. In case foreign parties are involved, Parties may agree to use the version in common foreign languages and Vietnamese version. In case of discrepancy between the Vietnamese version and the version in foreign languages, Vietnamese version shall prevail.
