Common use of Interpretations Clause in Contracts

Interpretations. 1. BVBank: means Ban Viet Commercial Joint Stock Bank. 2. Business Unit (BU): is a business center, branch, transaction office, savings fund and other units with business functions throughout the banking system. 3. Account: means the accounts opened by the Customer at BVBank including without limitation current accounts; term deposit account, demand deposit account; credit card account, etc. and any other accounts used by customers to participate in eBanking transactions. 4. Customers: Individuals using eBanking services of BVBank.
