Amendment to Pricing Schedule. The Pricing Schedule shall be amended and -- ------------------------------ restated retroactively through January 1, 2000 as per the attachment hereto.
Amendment to Pricing Schedule. The table included in the Pricing Schedule is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the table attached as Annex 1.
Amendment to Pricing Schedule. The Pricing Schedule to the Credit Agreement is amended by substituting the date "February 22, 2000" for the date "December 30, 1999" set forth in paragraph immediately after the table set forth therein.

Amendment to Pricing Schedule. The Pricing Schedule attached to the Five-Year Credit Agreement is hereby replaced in its entirety with the Pricing Schedule attached hereto.
Amendment to Pricing Schedule. Effective as of the Effective Date, the Pricing Schedule attached to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the reference to “March 30, 2006” therein and substituting “March 31, 2007” in lieu thereof.”
