Ratification. Except as modified and amended hereby, the Agreement is hereby ratified and confirmed in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
Ratification. Except as modified and expressly amended by this Assignment, the Agreement is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and all terms, provisions and conditions thereof shall be and remain in full force and effect.
Ratification. Borrower hereby restates, ratifies and reaffirms each and every term and condition set forth in the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, and the Loan Documents effective as of the date hereof.

Ratification. All terms and provisions of the Agreement not amended hereby, either expressly or by necessary implication, shall remain in full force and effect. From and after the date of this Amendment, all references to the term “Agreement” in this Amendment or the original Agreement shall include the terms contained in this Amendment.
Ratification. Each Loan Party hereby restates, ratifies and reaffirms each and every term and condition set forth in the Credit Agreement and the Loan Documents effective as of the date hereof and as amended hereby.
Ratification. Except as expressly set forth in this Amendment, all of the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents remain in full force and effect and are ratified and confirmed in all respects. The execution and delivery of this Amendment by the Agent and each of the Lenders in no way obligates the Agent or any of the Lenders at any time hereafter to consent to any other amendment or modification of any term or provision of the Credit Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents, whether of a similar or different nature.
