Deliveries By DRI. At the Closing, DRI shall deliver to the Buyer or cause to be delivered to the Buyer the certificate or certificates representing the Shares registered in the name of the Buyer or in such name as may be designated by the Buyer and the Warrant Agreement and Registration Rights Agreement executed by DRI.
Deliveries By DRI. At the Closing, DRI shall deliver to the Buyer or cause to be delivered to the Buyer the following instruments and documents:
