Common use of Terms of the Contract Clause in Contracts

Terms of the Contract. 9.1. Строк дії Договору обирається на розсуд Xxxxxxxxxx та наводиться в п. 4 Акцепту. Варіанти строку дії Договору страхування життя, які пропонуються: • 3 місяці • 6 місяців 9.2. Договір набуває чинності з 00-00 годин дати початку дії Договору, яка вказана в п. 4.1. Акцепту, та діє до 24-00 години дня, вказаного в п. 4.2. Акцепту як дата закінчення дії Договору. 9.3. Даним Договором передбачено період очікування, визначення якого наведено в п. 4.3. Акцепту. 9.1. The term of the Agreement is selected at the discretion of the Insurer and is indicated in clause 4 of the Acceptance. The offered life insurance contract options are: • 3 months • 6 months 9.2. The Agreement shall enter into force from 00-00 on the Policy start date specified in clause 4.1. Acceptance, and is valid until 24-00 hours of the day specified in paragraph 4.2. Acceptance as the Policy expiration date. 9.3. 9.3. This Agreement provides for a waiting period in clause 4.3. Acceptance.
