Common use of SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT. 2.1. Under this Agreement the Operator shall provide to the Client the natural gas transportation service (hereinafter referred to as the Service) under the terms as determined in this Agreement, and the Client shall pay to the Operator the costs of the Service established by the Agreement and the fees to be arisen in connection with execution of the Agreement.
