Tender means the Contractor’s priced offer to the Client for the execution and completion of the works and the remedying of any defects therein in accordance with the provisions of the contract, as accepted by the Letter of Acceptance. The work Tender is synonymous with “Bid” and the words “Tender Documents”” with “Bidding Documents”.
