Bill of Quantities 2Bill of Quantities means the priced and completed bill of quantities Forming part of the tender / bid.
Contract 2Contract means this Contract Agreement together with all Appendices and other relevant documents in accordance with the provisions contained in this regard in this Contract.
Contract Price 2Contract Price means the sum stated in the Letter of Acceptance as payable to the Contractor for the execution and completion of the Works and the removing of any defects therein in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.
Contractor 2Contractor means an individual or firms (proprietary or partnership) whether incorporated or not, that has entered into contract (with the employer) and shall include his/its heirs, legal representatives, successors and assignees. Changes in the constitution of the firm, if any, shall be immediately brought to the notice of the employer, in writing and approval shall be obtained to continue performance of the contract.
Drawings 2Drawings means all the completion drawings, calculations and technical information of a like nature provided by the Engineer-in Charge to the Contractor under this contract and all drawings, calculations, samples, patterns, models, Repair/Repairs and Maintenance manuals and other technical information of a like nature submitted by the Contractor and approved by the Engineer.
Employer 2Employer means the Regional Director, ESI Corporation, Regional Office, , Telangana/Employees’ State Insurance Corporation and the legal successors in title to Employees' State Insurance Corporation.
Tender 2Tender means the Contractor’s priced offer to the Client for the execution and completion of the works and the remedying of any defects therein in accordance with the provisions of the contract, as accepted by the Letter of Acceptance. The work Tender is synonymous with “Bid” and the words “Tender Documents”” with “Bidding Documents”.

బిజినెస్ డే 2బిజినెస్ డే అంటే సాధారణ వ్యాపార లావాదేవీల కోసం రుణదాతల సంబంధిత కార్యాలయం తెరిచి ఉన్న రోజు.
బాధ్ాత 2బాధ్ాత తమ వద్ా నతెండ ఋణాలు తీస్తక్ుననవారి అవస్రాల పటో స్ెంస్థ బ్ధాతాయుతెంగా ఉెండేెంద్తక్ు స్ుెంద్న క్ృష్ చేస్తెంద్ి. ఎపుటరక్పుుడు మారుతూెండే ఋణాలు తీస్తక్ునే వారి అవస్రాలనత అరధెం చేస్తక్ునేెంద్తక్ు వారి అవస్రాలనత తీరిగ్లిగేెంద్తక్ు అనతగ్ుణమˇైన ఉతుతు ులు మరియు సేవలనత అభివృద్ి చేసేెంద్తక్ు మేము నిరెంతరెం క్ృష్ చేస్ఫెంట్ము.

Appendix to Tender 1Appendix to Tender means the appendix comprised in the form of Tender annexed to these Conditions.
ARM work 1ARM work means the sum of the obligations and works to be performed and undertaken by the contractor including planning, safety precautions, required tools, tackles and plants and the completion of individual item of work in all respects under and in accordance with the Contract and shall include all materials and things to be supplied / done and services and activities to be performed or provided by or which may be reasonably implied there from and necessary for execution and completion of the work by the Contractor pursuant to and in accordance with this Contract.
