Drawings means all the completion drawings, calculations and technical information of a like nature provided by the Engineer-in Charge to the Contractor under this contract and all drawings, calculations, samples, patterns, models, Repair/Repairs and Maintenance manuals and other technical information of a like nature submitted by the Contractor and approved by the Engineer.

The Drawings shall remain in the sole custody of the Employer/Engineer-in-charge, but copies as required thereof shall be provided to the Contractor for free solely for the purpose of this contract.
