Contractor means an individual or firms (proprietary or partnership) whether incorporated or not, that has entered into contract (with the employer) and shall include his/its heirs, legal representatives, successors and assignees. Changes in the constitution of the firm, if any, shall be immediately brought to the notice of the employer, in writing and approval shall be obtained to continue performance of the contract.

  • The Contractor shall provide qualified and experienced technical staff on site of work in connection with the Works and for remedy of any defects therein.
