Hi, I’m going to show you maybe my favorite feature of the tool.

So it’s the compare function.

I used to spend a long time doing this when I was practising contract review on a regular basis.

So what I’ve done here is I’ve hit compare in actions and I have then attached a term sheet.

The term sheet is really basic.

It looks like this.

It’s got four terms.

One that the term needs to be two years.

Delaware is the applicable law.

Payment terms 30 days, liability should be capped to 12 months of fees paid or payable.

And what I’m going to do is I’m going to ask the tool to compare the term sheet to the master services agreement here and tell me what the differences are.

So I’m going to say give me an overview of the differences between the attached term sheet and the agreement.

And here we go.

So I’m going to make this a little bit bigger so that we can see it better.

It’s telling me what the differences are one by one.

It’s then giving me a nice summary table, which I love a table.

And then it’s giving me a recommendation as well and a conclusion.

And now what I want to do is I want to actually redline the agreement to reflect the term sheet.

So what I’m going to do here is I’m going to click redline and I’m going to say redline the agreement to align with the term sheet as per the table below.

So I copy that there.

Here we go.

All the changes apply.

Done.

I mean it’s just magical.

Yeah.
