Apresentação Introduction. 1.1. Normas Incorporadas à Inscrição e Contrato de Distribuidor. Estas Normas e Procedimentos (“Normas”), em sua forma atual e alteradas a critério exclusivo da 4Life Research Brasil, Ltda (doravante denominada “4Life” ou “Empresa”), são incorporadas e fazem parte integrante da Inscrição e Contrato de Distribuidor 4Life (doravante, “Contrato de Distribuidor”). Em todas essas Normas, quando o termo “Contrato” é usado, ele se refere coletivamente ao Contrato de Distribuidor 4Life, a essas Normas e ao Plano de Recompensas 4Life. Esses documentos são incorporados por referência ao Contrato de Distribuidor (todos em sua forma atual e conforme alterados pela 4Life). É responsabilidade de cada Distribuidor ler, entender, aderir e garantir que esteja ciente e operando de acordo com a versão mais recente dessas Normas. Ao patrocinar um novo Distribuidor, é responsabilidade do Distribuidor Patrocinador fornecer a versão mais atual dessas Normas antes ou no momento da assinatura do Contrato de Distribuidor. Os termos em maiúsculas ao longo destas Normas são integralmente definidos no final deste documento no “Glossário de Termos Utilizados”. 1.1. Policies Incorporated into Distributor Application and Agreement. These Policies and Procedures (“Policies”), in their present form and as amended at the sole discretion of 4Life Research Brasil, Ltda (hereafter “4Life” or the “Company”), are incorporated into, and form an integral part of, the 4Life Distributor Application and Agreement (hereafter “Distributor Agreement”). Throughout these Policies, when the term “Agreement” is used, it collectively refers to the 4Life Distributor Agreement, these Policies, and the Life Rewards Plan. These documents are incorporated by reference into the Distributor Agreement (all in their current form and as amended by 4Life). It is the responsibility of each Distributor to read, understand, adhere to, and ensure that he or she is aware of and operating under the most current version of these Policies. When sponsoring a new Distributor, it is the responsibility of the sponsoring Distributor to ensure that the applicant has access to the most current version of these Policies prior to or at the time the applicant executes the Distributor Agreement. Capitalized terms throughout these Polices are fully defined at the end of these Policies, alphabetically under “Glossary of Terms.”
