Miscellaneous. 15.1 The Client will not hire or approach any employees of the Contractor involved in the performance of the work in order to be employed by the Client, temporarily or permanently, directly or indirectly, or to perform work for the Client, directly or indirectly, as an employee or otherwise, during the term of the agreement or any extension thereof and for a period of 12 months thereafter. 15.2 Client is not entitled to transfer its rights and obligations under the agreement concluded with Contractor in whole or in part and/or to encumber them with a limited right without Contractor's prior written permission. 15.3 Contractor is and remains entitled to unilaterally amend the contents of these General Terms and Conditions, which amendments will then also apply to the agreement concluded with Client. 15.4 Unless these General Terms and Conditions provide otherwise, any and all claims of Client against Contractor in connection with its performance of the Assignment, regardless of their nature, shall expire one year after the date Client has become aware or could reasonably become aware of the existence of such claim.
