Notifications a. All notices and other communications relating to the Notes shall be sent to the following addresses:

b. Notices and other communications sent as outlined below shall be deemed to have been received by the addressee at the following times:
(i) if delivered by a courier service: at the time the communication is delivered to the addressee by the courier;
(ii) if sent by registered post: on the day specified on the receipt report;
(iii) if sent by e-mail: on the day specified on the corresponding receipt report.

Notifications regarding changes to the TOS or prices, receipts of purchases and other information related to the Customer’s Accounts will be sent to the Customer’s Primary Contact user by email. Notifications are effective immediately unless specified otherwise in the notice. Notifications from the Customer to Visma shall be sent as specified in 13.1.

22.2. All announcements, notifications, instructions, confirmations and other messages by OPC and Stichting Custodian to a User may take place by way of an electronic message (e-mail) to Users to the e-mail address indicated by User to OPC or through the Account of a User to the extent applicable.

Notifications. 6.1 Unless stated otherwise, all notices regarding the (execution of the) agreement must be submitted to Kjelvik International in writing.

(2) Si envoyée par courrier certifié ou recommandé, à partir de la date d’expédition, si adressée à celui à qui une notification de ce type doit être effectuée, à l’adresse qui est/a été été reprise dans ce Contrat pour cette partie.
(3) Si envoyée par e-mail ou par fax, après réception d’un rapport d’expédition sans faille, au numéro de fax ou à l’adresse e-mail qui ont pour COMBINED demurrage and detention free time of 7+7 workingdays (to our convience) and a minimal of 5 workingdays Port-storage in the port of arrival. Deviating conditions are only possible with explicit agreement in written from the Buyer. In their absence, the standard conditions of article 9.4 always apply.
