Common use of General Clause in Contracts

General. 1.1. These General Terms of Use apply to Check Netherlands B.V., its group companies and any other affiliated company that declares these General Terms of Use applicable (hereinafter collectively: "Check") and relate to the rental of Vehicles (separate rental agreement). 1.2.
