General. 1. To the data intended in this chapter applies fully what is established in the law on data protection (Wbp) (as from 25 May 2018: General Data Protection Regulation). 2. To the extent the data intended in this chapter fall under the articles 7:446 β 7:468 of the Civil Code (BW), it applies fully as established there.
