Common use of Entry into force Clause in Contracts

Entry into force. This Agreement shall enter into force once the Contracting Parties have, through diplomatic channel, notified each other that their respective domestic requirements for entry into force have been completed. This Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the receipt of the latter date of these two noti- fications.
