Application. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the present conditions shall apply to any form of service provided by the Freight Forwarder, including any information, offer, contracts and acts, even after the contract has been performed. They may be quoted as General Belgian Freight Forwarding Conditions and represent a commercial and trade practice negotiated with the Client and accepted by him. In the event that any provision in these conditions is null and void or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
