Establishment. Each JAA Member State will include within its Authority one or more physicians experienced in the practice of aviation medicine. Such physicians shall either form part of the Authority, or be duly empowered to act on behalf of the Authority. In either case they shall be known as the Aeromedical Section (AMS).
