Definizione di Scheduled Valuation Date

Scheduled Valuation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Valuation Date;
Scheduled Valuation Date meanz the original date that, but for the Market Dizruption Event, would have been the Valuation Date;
Scheduled Valuation Date means, in respect of a Commodity Index, an original date that, but for such day not being a Scheduled Trading Day for such Commodity Index, would have been a Valuation Date.

Examples of Scheduled Valuation Date in a sentence

  • If the Valuation Date is a Disrupted Day, the first succeeding Scheduled Trading Day that is not a Disrupted Day is deemed to be the Valuation Date, unless each of the eight Scheduled Trading Days immediately following the Scheduled Valuation Date is a Disrupted Day.

  • If there is a Market Disruption Event in respect of any relevant Foreign Exchange Rate on a Valuation Date, the Valuation Date shall be the first succeeding Valuation Business Day on which there is no Market Disruption Event, unless there is a Market Disruption Event on each of the eight Valuation Business Days immediately following the Scheduled Valuation Date.
