Definizione di Established Rate
Established Rate means the rate for the conversion of the Original Currency (including compliance with rules relating to rounding in accordance with applicable European Community regulations) into euro established by the Council of the European Union pursuant to first sentence of Article 1091(4) of the Treaty; "euro" means the currency introduced at the start of the third stage of European Economic and Monetary Union pursuant to the Treaty;
Established Rate is as defined in Condition 17(b); "ETI OET Certificate" means an ETI Security that is an OET Certificate; "ETI Securities" is as defined in Condition 2.1;
