Data Integrity. Qualsiasi documentazione o dato rilevante per le attività svolte, compresa senza limitazione qualsiasi documentazione GMP, deve essere attribuibile, originale, accurato, leggibile, completo, controllato, recuperabile e sicuro da manipolazione o perdita intenzionale o non intenzionale. Questi elementi sono richiesti per tutto il periodo di conservazione di tali dati / documentazione. promotional activity, or (ii) issue press releases or otherwise disseminate information on the existence of the relationship established with the Condition and its terms, without the prior consent of Intervet; provided that the Supplier may, to the extent necessary to fulfill the obligations provided by the Orders, disclose to third parties to perform a service in favor of Intervet. 18) Explicit termination clause Intervet will have the right to terminate the relationship established with the Order according to art. 1456 Italian c.c. without prior notice in the event that the Supplier is in breach of the obligations referred to in 2, 3, 9, 10, 11,12 and 13. Termination will be communicated according to the previous art. 15 and will take effect immediately. 19) Applicable law and competent court These Conditions and the relevant Order will be governed by Italian law. All disputes concerning the execution and interpretation of this Agreement and the General Conditions and the related purchase order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Latina. 20) Data Integrity: Any documentation or data relevant to activities performed, including without limitation any GMP documentation, must be attributable, original, accurate, legible, complete, controlled, retrievable, and safe from intentional or unintentional manipulation or loss.
