SCOPE. 1.1 - These General Conditions govern all present and future sales contracts entered into by the Seller with regard to its Products, except for any exceptions specifically agreed upon in writing. These General Conditions apply both to contracts with Parties established in Italy and to contracts with Parties established in different States. Any reference to the terms of trade shall be understood to be made to the INCOTERMS 2020 of the International Chamber of Commerce.
SCOPE. The studies, the supply of products, materials, equipment, work and services (hereafter the “Product(s)”), are defined in the Order and the documents that may be attached thereto, including possible plans and/or specifications provided by the Company. The Products will be delivered with the necessary documentation for their use, storage and maintenance. The Products shall comply with all requirements, laws, regulations, and standards in force, as well as to any applicable provision to the Order. In particular, the Supplier undertakes to comply when performing the Order, with any applicable social, safety, and environmental rule. If the Products are qualified as medical devices, the execution of these GPC must be in compliance with: - the Medical Device Regulation, where by Medical Device Regulation we mean the Regulation of the Medical Devices and all the applicable italian legislation; - the Legislative Decree no. 219/2006 and subsequent amendments with the "Implementation of Directive 2001/83 / EC (and subsequent amending directives) relating to a Community code relating to medicinal products for human use, as well as Directive 2003/94 / EC".
SCOPE. Pursuant to Law no. 2009-715 of 18 June 2009 amending the French Monetary and Financial Code, BPCE is designated as the central body of the new cooperative banking group known as “Groupe BPCE”, which com- prises BPCE and its “Affiliates”, namely: > the members of Banque Populaire and Caisse d'Epargne networks (Articles L. 512-11 and L. 512-86 of the French Monetary and Financial Code), namely:  the Banques Populaires;  the sociétés de caution mutuelle (mutual guarantee companies);  the Caisses d'Epargne et de Prévoyance (Savings Banks);  the sociétés locales d’épargne (local savings companies); and  the Fédération Nationale des Caisses d’Epargne et de Prévoyance (National Federation of Savings Banks), > the other French credit institutions affiliated with BPCE (Article L. 512-106 paragraph 2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code), namely:  the credit institutions that were affiliated with BFBP and CNCE as of 31 July 2009, including particu- larly:  credit institutions contributed to BPCE, particularly NATIXIS;  Crédit Foncier de France, Banque Palatine and BPCE International et Outre-mer; and  The Caisses Régionales de Crédit Maritime and Société Centrale de Crédit Maritime referred to in Article L. 512-69 of the French Monetary and Financial Code,  any French credit institution whose control is directly or indirectly held, solely or jointly, by BPCE or one or more members of the networks, affiliated by a decision made pursuant to Article L. 512-106 paragraph 2, BPCE and the Affiliates are hereinafter referred to together as the “Beneficiaries”.
SCOPE. These general sales conditions govern all current and future commercial relationships between C&F and its customers. These general sales conditions constitute an integral part of the established general sales conditions will prevail over any purchase conditions, general or particular indicated
SCOPE. 3. Charges and Payments
SCOPE. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will reimburse the penalty applied contractually by SWISS for the cancellation or amendment to the booking, including the administrative charges and airport taxes, arising from:
SCOPE. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will reimburse any higher costs borne to purchase new travel tickets (air or railway tickets) to replace those that cannot be used because of the late arrival of the Insured at the place of departure of the outward flight arising from the following unforeseen, independently documented, circumstances:
SCOPE. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will indemnify the Insured, within the limit of the capital insured of € 800.00 per person, for direct, material damage to him arising from:  theft;  fire;  robbery;  bag-snatch;  failure to return and damage by the airline company of personal baggage. The cover is also operative for travel bags and suitcases used as containers. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will also reimburse, within the limit of the capital insured and with a maximum of € 200.00 per person and insurance period, ‘essential purchases’ made following a delay (with respect to the expected time of arrival at one of the destinations) in the return of checked baggage of more than 12 hours. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will not reimburse purchases made in the place of return.
SCOPE. This Agreement binds Telstra and the Cwu in respect of employees of Telstra engaged in Teleworking employed in classifications incorporated in Awards listed in Attachment A.
SCOPE. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all direct marketing agreements for the Products existing between the Seller and the Buyer//Distributor/Dealer (hereinafter "Buyer") and replace the previous General Terms and Conditions of Sale to all effects.
