Common use of SAMPLES Clause in Contracts

SAMPLES. Samples are exemplary products representative of a certain population. Samples belong to a batch, from which they are withdrawn for the purpose of quickly ascertaining the characteristics of the batch itself and the efficacy of the process conditions in which it was produced. By virtue of the above, in general, it is essential that the batch be produced in pre-established process conditions, and that the Samples be randomly selected; when Samples are found to be conforming, the conformity of the entire batch is proven, as well as the efficacy of the relative process conditions. QES Manager QES (Quality, Health, Environment, and Safety Manager) is an organizational role and represents the BRIEDA technical‐quality reference person for the Supplier. The QES, part of the Quality Department, actually works in close contact with the Purchasing Department, with which it shares methodologies and priorities.
