Ranking. Any indebtedness of the Issuer to the FDIC arising under Section 2.03 of the Master Agreement dated 1 December 2008 entered into by the Issuer and the FDIC in connection with the Debt Guarantee Program will constitute a senior unsecured general obligation of the Issuer, ranking pari passu with any indebtedness hereunder.
