Common use of Prices Clause in Contracts

Prices. The prices applicable to the products are those included in the price list in force at the time the order is placed by the customer. Fadini reserves the right of changing its own price list at any time, should the production costs change for reasons independent from its own will. The prices included in the price list do not include the packing costs and are for goods ex works at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇/▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (▇▇), ▇▇▇▇▇. The packing charges are to be calculated on the net purchase value and are equal to 3% for goods on pallets and 6% for goods in wooden cases, treated and fumigated to comply with the ISPM15 standards. The prices in Fadini price list are always ex works, VAT not included. The latest price list issued by Fadini annuls and replaces all the previous ones.
