Common use of Interest on Linked Interest Certificates Clause in Contracts

Interest on Linked Interest Certificates. In the case of Linked Interest Certificates the Rate of Interest and/or the Interest Amount shall be determined in the manner specified in the applicable Final Terms. In the case of Partly Paid Certificates interest will accrue as aforesaid on the paid-up amount of such Certificates and otherwise as specified in the applicable Final Terms.
