Common use of Essential Clause in Contracts

Essential. (1) Professional The candidate will be required to demonstrate that he/she has: • knowledge of CSDP in general and EU military and civilian operations and missions in particular • knowledge and experience support to missions/operations, in particular in SatCom services; • knowledge and experience from managing larger contracts; • understanding of the EDA’s main tasks and functions; • a track record of delivering successful business outcomes; • a very good knowledge of written and spoken English.

Essential. (1) Professional The candidate will be required to demonstrate that he/she has: • knowledge a thorough understanding and widest possible experience of CSDP in general and EU military and civilian operations and missions in particular • knowledge and experience support to missions/airlift training, operations, in particular in SatCom serviceschallenges and future potential developments; • knowledge good understanding of capability development; • budgetary and experience from managing larger contractscontract definition experience; • familiarity with the international defence environment (especially CSDP) and with the European institutions; • understanding of the EDA’s main tasks and functions; • a track record experience in organisation and chairing of delivering successful business outcomesmeetings and workshops; • a very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
