Personal. 1) Spetta al Consiglio di Amministrazione definire, con apposito atto deliberativo adottato su proposta del/la Direttore/trice, la dotazione organica e la dotazione delle risorse umane.
2) La dotazione organica è definita in relazione agli assetti organizzativi dell’APSP, al fabbisogno di risorse umane ed evidenzia la suddivisione del personale sulla base dei sistemi di inquadramento contrattuale.
3) Il regolamento per il personale disciplina la gestione del personale.
1) Der Verwaltungsrat bestimmt mit eigenem, auf Vorschlag des/r Direktors/in erlassenem Beschluss den Stellenplan des Personals und die Ausstattung mit Humanressourcen.
2) Die Festlegung des Stellenplans erfolgt mit Bezug auf die Organisationsstruktur des Betriebes und auf den Bedarf an Mitarbeitern; die Aufteilung des Personals wird auf der Grundlage der vertraglichen Einstufungskriterien vorgenommen.
3) Die Personalordnung enthält Bestimmungen betreffend die Verwaltung des Personals.

Personal. Es gelten die Personalparameter laut Anlage 2 des Beschlusses der Landesregierung Nr. 1133 vom 18.10.2016. Um den Bedürfnissen der Betreuungsberechtigten unter Einhaltung der Bestimmungen laut Art. 2, Abs. 1, des D.P.R. vom 15.07.1988, Nr. 574, und darauffolgender Änderungen besser gerecht zu werden, garantiert die Privatklinik den Gebrauch der italienischen und deutschen Sprache.
Personal. 1. The Supplier guarantees and undertakes that the personnel employed in the supply of the Products receive an overall remuneration in compliance with what is established in the CCNL of the sector to which they belong.
2. The Supplier assumes any and all responsibility, control and direction of the work of its personnel and/or collaborators both towards Coveme and third parties.
3. The Supplier must comply with all workplace safety regulations, including the provisions of Legislative Decree 81/2008.
4. The Supplier will hold Coveme harmless from any cost or consequence that the latter may incur in the event of claims by the Supplier's personnel and/or collaborators, as well as by labor bodies and social security institutions, brought forward in relation to the activity performed by the Supplier in favor of Coveme.
