CHANGING THE CONSTITUTION. The constitution may be changed, improved or added to, but only during an Extra- ordinary Meeting of the Alliance or at the Alliance’s Annual General meeting through a vote by at least two thirds of the voting members present. An Extra-ordinary Meeting of the Alliance can be called by no fewer than 5 members of the Alliance. Any change, improvement or addition to the constitution should be made through a notice of motion and presented to the secretary at least one month prior to the calling of an Extra-ordinary Meeting or the annual general meeting.
