Breach. In the event the responsible Consortium Body identifies a non-performance or default, including delay, in performance by a Party of its obligations under this Consortium Agreement or the Grant Agreement, the Coordinator will give written notice requiring that such breach be remedied within [30-45-60] calendar days. If the breach is not due to Force Majeure and if it is not capable of remedy or not remedied within that period, the General Assembly may decide to declare the Party to be a Defaulting Party and to decide on the consequences thereof which may include termination of its participation. The Parties agree that if a Party wishes to terminate its participation in the Project, it will be considered as a request for termination as provided for in article II.36.6 of the Grant Agreement and the provisions of this Consortium Agreement regarding such termination shall apply.
