Common use of Limitations Clause in Contracts

Limitations. Any Security Mechanism we make available to you is provided “as is” and no warranty is given on the Security Mechanism, including without limitation its reliability, functionality or availability. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute, common law or otherwise in respect of the Security Mechanism are excluded from these EB Services Terms and Conditions (including, without limitation, the implied conditions, warranties or terms as to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose or the use of reasonable skill and care).
