Limitations. You acknowledge and agree that certain Channels may only be accessed and used by specified Users. You further acknowledge that the EB Services, the Content and the Channels are provided on an “as is”, “as available” basis only and that the time periods during which the EB Services may be available are subject to change. Neither party is liable if any communication is delayed, intercepted, lost or otherwise failed to reach the other party during the process of delivery, transmission or dispatch, or the contents of any communication is disclosed to any third party during the process of delivery, transmission or dispatch.
Limitations. The Software is provided "as is" and, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute, common law or otherwise in respect of the Software are excluded from these EB Services Terms and Conditions (including, without limitation, the implied conditions, warranties or terms as to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose or the use of reasonable skill and care).
Limitations. Any Security Mechanism we make available to you is provided “as is” and no warranty is given on the Security Mechanism, including without limitation its reliability, functionality or availability.
