Common use of Definitions Clause in Contracts

Definitions. In this document and in any other agreements entered into between CIMB and the Client, unless the context requires otherwise, the term "Securities" shall include (but is not limited to) stocks, shares, debentures, bonds, rights, warrants and unit trusts.
