Common use of ACCOUNT Clause in Contracts

ACCOUNT. 1. The Account may be opened in Rupiah or foreign currency. In the case whereby account is opened in a foreign currency, the Customer is aware that there is a risk of depreciation of the value resulting from the weakening of the exchange value of a currency against the other currency. This depreciation of value shall be the responsibility of the Customer. 2. Account Opening: a. Shall be based on a written request of the Customer by fulfilling all the requirements specified by the Bank; b. Shall be effective after being agreed by the Bank; and c. The Bank reserves the right to deny account opening application by notifying the reason to the Customer, unless otherwise regulated by the applicable legislation.
