ACCOUNT. 1. Account can be opened in Rupiah or foreign currencies. In the event that an Account is opened in a foreign currency, the Customer acknowledges that there are risks of changes in the exchange rates resulting from the strength- ening or weakening of the value of one currency against other currencies. Changes in exchange rates shall not be the responsibility of the Bank.
2. Account Opening:
a. It shall be based on the written application of the Customer and by fulfilling all requirements specified by the Bank;
b. It shall be effective after being approved by the Bank; and
c. The Bank has the right to reject the application for opening an Account by notifying the reason to the Customer, unless otherwise stipulated by the applicable laws and regulations.

In the case whereby account is opened in a foreign currency, the Customer is aware that there is a risk of depreciation of the value resulting from the weakening of the exchange value of a currency against the other currency. This depreciation of value shall be the responsibility of the Customer.

a. Shall be based on a written request of the Customer by fulfilling all the requirements specified by the Bank;
b. Shall be effective after being agreed by the Bank; and
c. The Bank reserves the right to deny account opening application by notifying the reason to the Customer, unless otherwise regulated by the applicable legislation.

ACCOUNT. I.3.1. To open an account, Customer shall submit a written application to Bank, or by any other form of application as determined by Bank. Account opening shall be effective only and if approved by Bank.
ACCOUNT. To participate in the CoOLPay service, the Customer must have an Account with the Bank. If the Customer does not yet have an Account, the Customer is required to open an Account first and comply with the terms and conditions applicable to Account opening at the Bank.
4. COOLPAY PROCEDURE AND IMPLEMENTATION
1. To be able to use the CoOLPay service, the Customer must first have agreed and signed the CoOLPay Opening Application Form and comply with all procedures and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions. 2. The Bank will provide the CoOLPay service to the Customer by considering the Customer's needs according to the Approval Authority Scheme desired by the Customer. In performing Payment Transaction, the Customer instruction will be executed by the system based on the Approval Authority Scheme that has been determined by the Customer.
