Visits. The Borrower, directly or through the PIE and the PIU undertakes to favourably receive any monitoring/technical/evaluation visits, including by facilitating access to relevant Project sites/contractors, carried out by the CEB’s staff members or designated third parties.
Visits. (a) The Final Beneficiary shall invite CEB to participate in any of its evaluation missions to be conducted during or upon completion of the Consultancy Services.
(b) The Beneficiary Country undertakes to favourably receive any monitoring missions carried out by employees of (i) the CEB and (ii) the EIB, acting in its capacity as contributor to the EWBJF and (iii) the European Union (EU), including any of its competent bodies, or (iv) outside consultants employed by the CEB, and to provide all the necessary co-operation for their monitoring missions, by facilitating any possible site visits Document Number: 71237
Visits. A. The Borrower acknowledges that the Bank may be obliged to divulge such documents relating to the Borrower and the Project to the Court of Auditors of the European Communities (hereinafter »the Court of Auditors«) as are necessary for the performance of the Court of Auditoržs task in accordance with European Union law.
B.
