TRANSFER Primjeri odredbi
TRANSFER. The Bank may freely transfer or assign to any third parties the whole or part of its rights under or benefit to this Agreement. In case of a transfer or assignment of the rights and/or obligations of the Bank under the Finance Contract, the whole or part of its rights under or benefit to this Guarantee Agreement shall be transferred or assigned to the transferee or assignee under the Finance Contract. The Bank shall use its best efforts to inform the Guarantor, in reasonable time, of such transfer or assignement of the rights and/or obligations of the Bank under this Guarantee Agreement. Any rights and/or obligations of the Guarantor under this Guarantee Agreement cannot be transferred or assigned in any way whatsoever to any third parties without the prior written consent of the Bank.
TRANSFER. The Borrower may not transfer any of its rights and/or obligations under the Agreement without the prior written consent of the CEB. The Borrower hereby gives its consent to any transfer by the CEB of all or part of its rights and/or obligations under the Agreement. CEB will inform the Borrower prior to such transfer. ILLEGALITY If it is or becomes unlawful in any jurisdiction for the CEB to make, maintain or fund the Loan or perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, this would constitute an event in the terms of Article 3.3 (h) of the Loan Regulations and may give rise to the suspension, cancellation or early reimbursement of the Loan under the terms of Articles 3.3 (Early reimbursement of disbursed loans), 3.5 (Suspension by the Bank of undisbursed loans) and 3.6 (Cancellation by the Bank of undisbursed loans) of the Loan Regulations. NO HARDSHIP Each Party hereby acknowledges that:

TRANSFER. Zabranjeno je posuđivati, iznajmljivati, preprodavati ili na bilo koji drugi način kršiti prava IZZYSOFTVER koja bi mogla prouzročiti utjecaj na prava prema ovom dokumentu bilo autora bilo licenčnog korisnika sustava. Dozvoljeno je prenositi sva svoja prava drugoj osobi ili zakonskom zastupniku uz uvjet da:
(a) Ukoliko ujedno prenosite Ugovor licenčne kodove IZZYSOFTVER i sve njegove kopije i dogradnje i prvotni licenčni korisnik ga više neće i ne smije koristiti;
(b) Ne zadržavate niti jednu kopiju ili backup prethodno licenciranog IZZYSOFTVER sustava; i
(c) Druga strana će se pridržavati navedenog ugovora i prihvatiti sva prava koja iz toga proizlaze.
