Common use of Prepayment option Clause in Contracts

Prepayment option. Subject to Articles 4.2.B, 4.2.C and 4.4, the Borrower may prepay all or part of any Tranche, together with accrued interest and indemnities if any, upon giving a Prepayment Request with at least 30 (thirty) calendar days' prior notice specifying: (a) the Prepayment Amount; (b) the Prepayment Date; (c) if applicable, the choice of application method of the Prepayment Amount in line with Article 5.5.C(a); and (d) the Contract Number. The Prepayment Request shall be irrevocable.
