The Contract की परिभाषा

The Contract means the agreement signed between the Buyer and the Contractor as per The terms and conditions contained in the Purchase Order/Works Order.

  • The Contract price shall be the only payment, payable by the Trust to the Consultant for completion of the contractual obligations by the Consultant under the Contract, subject to the terms of payment specified in the Contract.
