Data retention. In accordance with applicable laws and the Data Protection Laws, LGC preserves the confidentiality and security of Personal Data and undertakes to keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the specified purposes. The Personal Data is only accessible by a limited number of LGC authorised persons.  The sharing of Personal Data: LGC may be required to share the Personal Data collected with other companies in the LGC Group, its suppliers and service providers and the competent bodies and authorities for the performance of the processing for the purposes defined above as well as to meet any legal or regulatory requirements.  LGC may also be required to transfer the Personal Data collected outside the EU for the Processing, subject to the implementation of the appropriate safeguards.  The Customer is informed that the PersonsalPersonal Data subject has for the Personal Data concerning them: (i) the right to withdraw their consent at any time; (ii) the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing; (iii) the right to object, free of charge, to use for prospecting purposes, in particular commercial; and (iv) a right to access, modify and delete.
