Définition de Arrival
Arrival. On arrival, all members of the reservation must report to reception with a document attesting to their identity. They will be given a bracelet specific to the campsite, to wear throughout their stay. This bracelet cannot be transferred to another person. Any vacationer without a bracelet or refusing to wear it will be immediately expelled without refund.
Arrival. The customer must respect the day and time indicated on the booking contract. In the event of late arrival by more than 15 minutes, Le Topo may consider the delay as a no-show. Late arrival may lead to activity postponing or extension. However, this is not an obligation for Le Topo, which may simply carry out a shortened activity, or cancel the activity without compensation.
Arrival. Mobile Homes : check-in is open from 4 p.m on the date of your arrival. You will receive your keys upon which 2 damages deposits ( credit card or in cash) will be asked of you 350€ for the damages and 80€ for final cleaning. These deposit will be given back to you after the check-out inventory (take an appointment at the arrival). DEPARTURE : Mobile homes : on the day of departure written on your contract, residences must be vacated before 11 a.m. PETS: Pets are welcome, they are the responsability of their owners who must clean up after them. Vaccinations must be up date and they must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs belonging to categories 1 and 2 of the french dangerous dogs list (attack dogs and guard dogs) are not permitted on the campsite, even on a leash. Anyone who comes at the campsite with a dog that was not mentionned on the booking contract will be refused access and will not get refund.

Arrival. Rentals begin at 5.00pm. Late arrivals, i.e. after 7.00pm, must be communicated to the owner before noon in order to organise a late arrival.
