Eligibility. This Promotion is available to Intel® Partner Alliance partners in Intel’s Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions who are participating in points earning and are members of the ASUS* Partner Portal (“Eligible Partners”) and have registered to earn Points. Eligible Regions (Individual eligible countries/regions) listed in Addendum A.
Eligibility. 2.1 The Contest is open to Quebec residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Carrefour du Nord as well as agents and representatives of the Contest Organizers, of any company, corporation, trust, or other legal person under their control or affiliates, of their advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, material or services related to this Contest, as well as members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or common-law spouse and all the persons with whom these employees, agents, and representatives reside are not eligible to enter this Contest. You shall refrain from entering if you are not eligible.
Eligibility. 2.1.1 - ACO is the only authority to judge the eligibility of a "LM" GT1 car.
2.1.2 - Eligibility criteria of a "LM" GT1 Grand Touring car are made out by the ACO.
Eligibility. A. Eligible entrants (“Entrants”) must be aged 18 years old and above.
Eligibility. All Officers, Employees, Consultants, Management Company Employees, Investor Relations Service Providers and Directors are eligible to participate in the Plan, subject to Section 9.1(f). Participation in the Plan is voluntary and eligibility to participate does not confer upon any Officer, Employee, Consultant, Management Company Employee, Investor Relations Service Provider or Director any right to receive any grant of an Award pursuant to the Plan. The extent to which any Officer, Employee, Consultant, Management Company Employee, Investor Relations Service Providers or Director is entitled to receive a grant of an Award pursuant to the Plan will be determined in the discretion of the Plan Administrator.
